Delete your Reonlingo account

You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time, from inside the app or from this page. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period and no reactivation.

Two ways to do it

In the app

Open Reonlingo, go to Profile, and tap Delete account. Confirm, and the account is gone before you leave the screen. This is the fastest route if you still have the app installed.

From this page

Enter the email address you sign in with. We'll send a confirmation link to that address; opening it and confirming is what performs the deletion. The link works once and expires in 30 minutes. This route needs no app and no password.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: email address, name, phone number and postal address if you added them, and your profile photo.
  • Your learning: every lesson and exercise result, unit progress, review schedule, and the courses you were taking.
  • Your streak, XP, league placement and leaderboard entries.
  • Avatars you unlocked or equipped, and your in-app balance.
  • Feedback and support messages you sent from inside the app.
  • Every signed-in session, on every device.

What we keep, and why

  • Purchase and tax records required by law and by the app stores. These are billing records, not learning data, and are held for the statutory retention period.
  • Aggregated, anonymised statistics that can no longer be traced back to you.
  • A Sign in with Apple grant is handed back to Apple as part of the deletion, so the app loses its access too.

Your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel one. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, or you will keep being charged for a subscription no account is using. See our Refund Policy.

We’ll email you a confirmation link. Your account stays exactly as it is until you open that link and confirm.

Signed in with Apple or Google and not sure which address that was? Or would you rather a person handled it? Write to [email protected] from the address on the account and we’ll delete it for you within 30 days, as our Privacy Policy describes.
